At Nutrivion Labs, we are committed to delivering high-quality products.

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are subject to the policy below.


All Sales Final

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products marked as final sale or promotional items

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item

We will review your case and provide a resolution.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Nutrivion Labs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
